Meet Sierra Cater, a double #alumKNIGHT of the University of Central Florida! In high school, Sierra was the ONLY Black girl in her Honors courses. As a #firstgen college graduate, Sierra went on to earn a Bachelors in Psychology & then a Master’s of Arts in Educational Leadership.
